Refund policy
POSTAL Returns policy:
You have 14 days from receipt of item(s) to notify us via email of your return & a further 14 days to return item(s) for a full refund. Goods returned outside this time will not be accepted by The Boutique Waltham. Please note we do not offer free returns unless the item(s) is faulty.
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused & with labels still attached otherwise the returned items may be declined and sent back to you.
If you wish to exchange the item(s) please contact us by email or call us to put the requested item on hold until we receive your return.
Returning via postal service:
Please return your order via your preferred postal service with your accompanying packing slip or details including stating the reason for your return.
Ensure you retain the proof of postage (we recommend returning signed for delivery) as we cannot be held accountable for lost returned goods.
Please Note:Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns of Earrings or face masks (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty.
Refunds
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. You will be refunded for the goods and standard delivery costs (if paid). If you have chosen a premium delivery service only standard delivery costs will be refunded. We do not refund return delivery costs.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy in returns and refunds and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
